For now, I’ve pretty much let go of almost everything. I didn’t use thick silicone or anything, and I’m thinking I’ll be satisfied if, without any major change from the current shape, the artificial look just goes away and it becomes more natural. Since I already had surgery, I also thought about doing a revision like an implant-free surgery, trimming the cartilage at the nasal tip, filling in the step-off, and so on. But they told me that from the beginning, my skin was fair and thin, and my nasal cartilage itself was small. I agree with that 100%.
