I had my first surgery in 2017, and I have an L-shaped silicone implant in there, which wasn’t used much even back then .. I had my first consultation today and confirmed it for the first time with a CT scan, damn;; lol The silicone is pretty close to the nasal tip now, but they said considering it’s been a long time since I had an L-shaped silicone implant, the condition is relatively okay. I’m from out of town and have two kids, so a third surgery would seriously be too much, so this one really has to succeedㅜ I’ve booked consultations at Roㅇ (consultation completed), Jeongㅅ, Chiㅇ, Braㅇ, and Jeongㅇ. Will these be okay.. ??
태옥이는잠방 I’m looking into revision surgery because I’m dissatisfied with the shape, and ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅂㄹㄱ, and ㅅㅇㅋ are also clinics that focus almost entirely on noses, so a lot of people go there for revision surgery. Try going to those too. Also, I have ㄹㅇ on my list too. How was the consultation there...?
백반 L-shaped ㅠㅠ I think replacement is definitely the answer. Go to a clinic specializing in revision surgery.
ilaaari ㅊㅇ and ㅂㄹㅇ are okay too, but I also recommend ㅁㅇㅌ and ㅂ. If you’re getting revision surgery, you really need to go to consultations at several places ㅠ ㅠ ㅁㅇㅌ and ㅂ are known for autologous costal cartilage and a natural-yet-defined style.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
