I had nasal tip septal extension surgery. The columellar strut is bent, so I want to straighten it. Different doctors say different things: one says the septal cartilage used for the columellar strut can't be reused and that ear cartilage has to be used, while another doctor says it can be reused. Which do you think sounds more correct?
