They said the reason ear cartilage was added onto the strut during the first surgery was to create the nasal tip shape, so if only the ear cartilage is removed because of cartilage show-through, I don't understand why they put in the ear cartilage during the first surgery in the first place Even if only the ear cartilage is removed, since the skin has already become thin, won't the strut area protrude again?
