Full removal after septal extension graft

I had septal extension grafting with silicone and autologous costal cartilage, lengthening the nose and creating the columella, and ear cartilage was placed in the nasal tip. If I have everything removed, I heard that for a nose that had septal extension grafting, if the original nose was small and low, there is a higher chance that the columella could curl inward and there is a risk it could collapse ㅜ Since my original nose was small and low, I’m worried that if I remove it, my nose already had no columella, so it might curl inward or get even lower. Also, they said it was a nose that looked a bit upturned, but my nose was very low, so it didn’t really look upturned to that extent. But if I remove it …
