I wrote a post 5 years ago, went around to a few clinics and had consultations, then just lived with it, but now I’m wondering if it’s really time to remove it, so I’m coming back to the site after a very long time. I had my nose done once, with silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. It’s been about 12 years since surgery. My skin was originally on the thin side, but it has become even thinner, so because the cartilage at the nasal tip is showing through and I have ongoing psychological pain in my nose, I’m starting to think I really need to get rid of it now.
