Among you, is there anyone who had total removal? I’m considering total removal, but my original columella was crooked… It was straightened with septal extension, but I’m worried that if I remove the extension, the columella will become crooked again… I’ve also heard that if you do nasal tip cartilage binding and cartilage repositioning, it might not become crooked again. Is there anyone who was in the same situation as me?
