Is there anyone here who, after total nose implant/graft removal, is even more satisfied cosmetically than with their original nose shape? When removing everything without leaving anything in the nose, honestly I think I’d even be okay with going back to my original nose shape, but all I hear is that the nasal tip droops or the columella retracts… Occasionally I also hear things like the tip became a bit more refined, or the shape is between the original nose and the surgically altered nose. I’d appreciate realistic reviews from people who had total removal without leaving anything behindㅠㅠ
