First of all, it’s been about 9 months since I had rhinoplasty. I had surgery for a dorsal hump + osteotomy + nasal tip (ear cartilage), without an implant. As you can see, my nose is quite crooked, and people keep saying things like my nose looks crooked or asking if I hit my nose somewhere, so I got stressed and went back for a consultation at the hospital where I had it done. My nose also looks pinched!! The hospital acknowledged that my nose is crooked and said they would do revision surgery. Would it be better to get it? Or another option is that they say my nose was originally crooked and tell me to pay extra for crooked-nose correction. But I have to go back to work right after surgery, so if I get crooked-nose correction, the recovery period would be too long and it would interfere with work too muchㅠㅠ From the side, I like the shape of my nose, and the nasal tip hasn’t drooped, so I do like it..!! And I’m not yet ready to go to another hospital and pay close to 10 million won for revision surgeryㅜ What would everyone do in this situation??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
