I have about 4 million won that I can spend right now, and they said that with this amount, only complete removal is possible. But now that I’m actually thinking about complete removal, I’m really worried about the shape of my nose afterward. They said complete removal is only for people who don’t care about the nose shape and just want peace of mind. But in my case, I’m not removing the implant because of inflammation; I want to remove it simply for cosmetic reasons, so I don’t think I’ve fully made peace with it yet. So I’m really torn over whether I should save more money and go for revision surgery in 6 months, leaving only the septal cartilage, or just do complete removal now…
