My natural nose is short, small, and low. 10 years ago, I had the nasal bridge done with silicone and the nasal tip with ear cartilage. Recently, I’ve felt my nose gradually turning upward, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. I’ve been researching online and going to consultations for about a year, but I still don’t really know which clinic and which material would be the best option. The methods recommended for revision surgery were 1 silicone nasal bridge + autologous costal cartilage nasal tip 2 full autologous costal cartilage 3 autologous dermis nasal bridge + autologous costal cartilage nasal tip. I really want this to be the last time, so I’d appreciate it if you could look at it with me. If you know any clinics that handle contracted noses or costal cartilage well, please share. If there are any blacklisted ones…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
