I had dissolvable threads and Megaderm put into my nose, but I don’t know why the nasal tip is hard. Is it a side effect? I did it because it felt like a simple procedure, but it’s giving me a headache. When I try to get surgery, it’s treated as a revision surgery, and I want to have surgery for a deviated nose. Please recommend a clinic.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
