After my first nose surgery, inflammation has been recurring often, so I'm scared it might lead to contracture I seriously keep wondering if this is because of the silicone and whether I should remove itㅠ Then I probably wouldn't have to worry about inflammation, but would I have to give up on having a nasal bridge? I'm not aiming for an extremely flashy look, but I do want some height in my bridge The feeling I like is that kind of review style, but I don't think I'd be satisfied with a non-implant nose job If I get revision surgery, what material should be used?
Clinics mentioned
독서 For revision surgery, don't people use autologous costal cartilage a lot? Those are places known for doing autologous costal cartilage surgery well.
승승당구 You should use costal cartilage.. If you use silicone, your features can look more defined too,, I'm getting revision surgery at a clinic, and I decided to use costal cartilage
케라케 Then it would be good to use something like cartilage or dermis for the nasal bridge. A lot of places don't recommend silicone for noses with inflammation too... One clinic recommended autologous costal cartilage
정쌍무 Was your nasal bridge basically nonexistent? Mine looked like a chalk-stick nose, so I removed the silicone and had revision surgery using ear cartilage and postauricular fascia, just enough to fill it in? Even without using costal cartilage, my nose doesn't look lower than before the silicone removal. But if your nose is on the very low side, you'll probably need costal cartilage
혀기양 I'm having a similar concern as you, everyone! I don't want it to be too flashy, but I also don't really like it being too natural, so I'm planning to get it done with costal cartilage!!
워녕턴 I don't think I can give up on my nose shape either. The look I'm after is that review style, but if it's contracture, I feel like autologous costal cartilage is probably needed

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
