After my first nose surgery, inflammation has been recurring often, so I'm scared it might lead to contracture I seriously keep wondering if this is because of the silicone and whether I should remove it Then I probably wouldn't have to worry about inflammation, but would I have to give up on having a nasal bridge? I'm not aiming for an extremely flashy look, but I do want some height in my bridge The feeling I like is that kind of review style, but I don't think I'd be satisfied with a non-implant nose job If I get revision surgery, what material should be used?

독서 For revision surgery, don't people use autologous costal cartilage a lot? Those are places known for doing autologous costal cartilage surgery well.

정쌍무 Was your nasal bridge basically nonexistent? Mine looked like a chalk-stick nose, so I removed the silicone and had revision surgery using ear cartilage and postauricular fascia, just enough to fill it in? Even without using costal cartilage, my nose doesn't look lower than before the silicone removal. But if your nose is on the very low side, you'll probably need costal cartilage
혀기양 I'm having a similar concern as you, everyone! I don't want it to be too flashy, but I also don't really like it being too natural, so I'm planning to get it done with costal cartilage!!
워녕턴 I don't think I can give up on my nose shape either. The look I'm after is that review style, but if it's contracture, I feel like autologous costal cartilage is probably needed
