It’s been about a year and a half since my rhinoplasty. My nose had always felt a bit tight, but it wasn’t that uncomfortable. But now I’m having pain in my temples, a headache across my whole head, and neck pain, and the tightness in my nose has gotten worse too. Could this be a symptom of contracture? I don’t think there’s any visible external deformity of my nose ㅠ Also, I had it done with autologous costal cartilage, and I didn’t have the nasal bridge done. I had a hump shaved down. But rather than the nasal tip, the area where the hump was shaved always hurts a bit. As far as I remember, only the nasal tip was raised and the bridge wasn’t done. Could this be a symptom of contracture, or is it just muscle pain? And why does my nose feel tight? ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
