Do I also have to remove the suturing done on my nasal tip septal cartilage? And I'm not planning to put in an implant, but because I had my septal cartilage tied, does nasal bridge osteotomy also count as revision surgery? They say revision surgery costs twice as much as the first surgery, so I don't know whether they'd charge me the revision surgery price even without an implant.
