I finally had everything in my nose removed. I only had cartilage tying done. One day, I happened to look in the mirror and the lower part of my nose looked dark and patchy, almost like it was bruised. As you can see, my skin is very oily and I have severe redness, flaking, acne, and blackheads. Since I can’t squeeze blackheads from the lower part of my nose, I used to pull them out with a cuticle nipper dedicated for my nose or remove flakes. Maybe because of that, I started wondering a lot whether the skin under my nose had become thinner, whether it was pigmentation, or whether it might possibly be a side effect.
