I went to a consultation at ㄷㄹ, and just like the reviews said, they really explained things in more detail compared to other clinics. I originally had ㅅㅇ as my first choice and went just to study/compare, but their complete removal approach was similar to ㅅㅇ’s, and both said things like we should aim to return to my original nose, and if there’s a step-off they may or may not use ear fascia, etc. More than anything else, they were genuinely honest, so they suddenly ended up on my list. But since I have rib particles and costal cartilage, the one thing that bothers me is whether it would be better to just do it at a clinic specializing in removal. ㄷㄹ said they see rib particles in about 1 out of 40 patients, I think, but I wonder if experience really matters…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
