After several revision surgeries, I got everything removed because I was just psychologically worried, and had the nasal tip touched up with ear cartilage, but my nose looks unattractive and short. Also, when I grimace, the bridge of my nose looks severely pressed in, and the step-off in my side profile is severe too lol. I’m not really the overly sensitive type, but these days it really stands out to me. After total removal, is it right to get surgery again? Am I just too obsessed with my nose? What would everyone do?
