<left-right photo>I had nose surgery once, and it’s been almost 7 years. The surgery turned out badly, but I didn’t have time for another surgery and was scared to do it again, so I couldn’t. Now I’m planning to have it redone. The left and right sides of my nose look so different. Why could that be?? For my first surgery, they used donated costal cartilage for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. I heard costal cartilage isn’t often used for the nasal bridge, so why would the clinic I went to have recommended donated costal cartilage? Please help point out the problems with my nose and how I should fix them.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
