Columellar retraction surgery? Ear cartilage repositioning? Would it be possible?

I had my first rhinoplasty 4 years ago using autologous dermis and ear cartilage, but I’m considering revision surgery because I’m dissatisfied with the shape. Since it was dermis, the nasal bridge has all been absorbed, so only the nasal tip that had been built up with ear cartilage is protruding forward. Because of that, especially from the side profile, the nasal line feels a bit curved and blunt, almost like a saddle nose, and I really don’t like that. So I want to have revision surgery where only the part that extended the nasal tip is slightly brought inward, not complete removal x. Would this be possible?
