The two pieces in the middle are septal cartilage, but what kind of doctor harvests the entire septal cartilage? I don’t even know where the doctor from my first-surgery clinic is working now, and after operating on me, they disappeared in a hurry. Sigh. No matter what posts I read, I’ve never seen anyone with more septal cartilage than me. If they remove all of it like that, wouldn’t it cause problems in the columella area? The removal was done cleanly, soㅠㅠㅠㅠ sigh, I’m just so angry at the first-surgery clinic.
