It's been 2 and a half months since my nose surgery; will the nasal tip get longer?

My nose is too short, and my nostrils show a lot..... I want my nasal tip to get longer ㅜㅜ The line looks like it would become a hump nose if the tip drops, so I don't think it will come down more.. I'm so depressed ㅠㅠ
