3 years ago, I had septal extension and 3 mm silicone inserted. The shape isn’t terribly bad, but I feel like pressure on the nasal bridge is gradually developing and it’s showing through a little, so I’m thinking of just removing it. I went to two of the top three clinics, and one said everything has to be redone and it has to be open surgery, while the other said they would do non-open surgery if I wanted. They said if I only do non-open removal, a step-off on the nasal dorsum will definitely occur, so I’m curious what it would be like to fill it slightly with something like donated dermis. I’m planning to go to ㅊㅁ, ㅂㅇㅇ, and ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ too. I want to avoid touching the nasal tip as much as possibleㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
