I'm seriously having a mental breakdown.. because of my nose

I had already chosen the hospital and was getting ready for surgery tomorrow with peace of mind, but it turns out that during the consultation, when the director recommended AlloDerm for filling any step-off if needed after removing the nasal bridge implant, I confidently asked if we could use autologous dermis instead, so we ended up deciding to go with that. But now I realize that what I had been thinking of wasn't autologous dermis, it was fascia, the temporalis fascia above the ear. From what I looked up, autologous fascia is delicately thin and suitable for covering things like step-offs on the nasal dorsum, and its absorption rate is low. On the other hand, dermis has a high absorption rate, can become uneven, and sebaceous glands …
