Only the right side gets an alar line like that. Could it be solved simply with filler? My nose used to be deviated to the right, and although it wasn’t perfect, I somehow got it corrected. Could it be because of that? When I smile or make a big facial expression, from the side next to my right nostril it really looks like the nose on a Hahoe mask, so it bothers me I had a revision surgery consultation because my nasal tip was drooping, but I barely managed to let go of the idea
