Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Has anyone here had rhinoplasty at an ENT clinic and ended up with a crooked nose?

I had revision rhinoplasty at an ENT clinic using autologous costal cartilage, but my nostrils are shifted to one side and the cartilage is protruding upward and downward. The upper cartilage doesn’t show in photos, but I can feel it when I touch it. When I went for a consultation at another hospital, they said this happened because the support strut was not placed properly. I had a little asymmetry before, but after the surgery, the asymmetry became stressful enough to really bother me. And it feels like the protruding cartilage might pierce through the skin from both above and below. Would it be okay to have revision surgery after 1 year? Also, everyone who is planning to get rhinoplasty in the future, make sure to carefully ask how they set up and fix the support strut…
