After I had nose surgery 3 years ago, my nostrils became pointed. At the time, they said it was because of swelling and that it would go back with time. But even now, 3 years later, it still hasn’t gone back. Can just the nostrils be operated on? Seriously, when I look only at my nostrils, it’s obvious I had nose surgery, so I can’t even hold my head up…
