I went for a consultation before about removing costal cartilage, and that doctor said I’d 100% get contracture and that my nose would lift up; they said it would lift even if I used ear cartilage. I had it done with costal cartilage, but I want to remove the part that shows through and the part that looks more protruded because of asymmetry. Is this surgery very difficult? If removing all of it wouldn’t cause side effects, I’d be fine with removing it all, but I’m worried because the place I went to a few years ago refused me, saying it would definitely lift upㅠ My skin has gotten quite thin ㅠ On the outside too, but especially inside the nostrils. After being turned away, I consulted somewhere else, and there they said they’d use autologous dermis. But putting in hard costal cartilage…
