I went for a consultation before about removing costal cartilage, and that doctor said I’d 100% get contracture and that my nose would lift up; they said it would lift even if I used ear cartilage. I had it done with costal cartilage, but I want to remove the part that shows through and the part that looks more protruded because of asymmetry. Is this surgery very difficult?
