First of all, I’m currently 44 years old. When I was in elementary school, I had a nasal septum fracture, but because I was young, I didn’t have surgery. At age 29, I only had my nose augmented with silicone, and I’ve lived without any problems until now. Then it seemed like the silicone was slightly crooked, so while I was considering revision surgery, a perforation was found. I looked into it here and there, and when I checked myself, it was there too. It seems to be around 1 cm, give or take.
