I have silicone in the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage and septal cartilage in the nasal tip. I want to remove the nasal bridge silicone and only reposition the nasal tip cartilage naturally. I’ve heard that if everything is removed, it can collapse, and I’ve also heard the columella can roll inward. So among hospitals specializing in removal, is there any hospital that doesn’t force complete removal no matter what, and does removal while also handling repositioning well?ㅠㅠ Please share
