Is there anyone who has had a spreader graft or butterfly graft surgery? After my first surgery, the airway on one side of my nose became narrower, and the internal nasal valve area gets pinched every time I breathe, so I was recommended a spreader graft and butterfly graft and am considering them. But some people say the foreign-body sensation is severe, and others say it does not improve well, so I am really worried..
