Now it has improved a bit, but the columella is slightly deviated and the nostrils are still slightly uneven I had autologous dermis put in because of nasal tip depression, but I feel like my nose has become fat. Could it be swelling? It has been 7 days since everything was removed Right now it is a third kind of nose, but could it be swelling? Can I go back to my original nose? I cannot sleep and I am really so desperate
