It’s been over 4 years since my nose surgery, and about 2 years ago, I found a place that offered filler after nose surgery, so I had a consultation. The doctor said it was possible because there was space, so I got filler. After that, redness appeared around the nasal tip, and I wondered if it might be contracture or necrosis, so I went to several clinics. The clinics said it wasn’t contracture or necrosis, and that it could look red because the blood vessels were being compressed. But today I happened to look at it, and it seems like the redness is gradually getting worse ㅠㅠ There is no upturned nasal tip, pain, swelling, etc. at all, and the shape is the same. Should I get a CT scan at a clinic?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
