Sorry for the graphic photo. It’s been 3 weeks since I had my nasal tip raised using only ear cartilage, and today I found something like this inside my nose. Is this cartilage showing through? Is it common, or should I visit the clinic…? It’s my first surgery, so I’m not sure. Please help ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
