Up to now, I have had my nose opened a total of 5 times. The last nose surgery also failed. No, the noses before that were all livable and okay. But the reasons I ended up having surgery were nasal obstruction on one side and the excessive, flashy look that was pretty if you only looked at my nose, but did not suit my face.
