A year ago, I had septal extension and two layers of cartilage placed on a columellar strut, and I heard that if it’s removed, my nose will become upturned, so I’m worried ㅜㅜ I consulted at two of the three major places, and in case complete removal causes cosmetic dissatisfaction, I’m thinking about leaving the septal strut in place. I’d appreciate advice from anyone with experience.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
