I developed a saddle nose while having surgery for a deviated septum, and they say I need septal reconstruction. Since it collapsed during surgery at a university hospital, this time I went to private clinics YCB and DTJ, but because it’s a major surgery involving harvesting costal cartilage, I also went to YS Hospital. I honestly have no sense of where I should do it. There are so few reviews, and every day feels agonizing. After developing the saddle nose, my septum became even more deviated, and maybe because it collapsed, I can’t breathe through my nose even more. Please, I’m begging for reviews from people who had septal reconstruction for saddle nose. I’ve searched through every community…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
