I had a low and wide nose. After surgery, the slimmer and higher nose didn’t suit me, so I had it removed. It has now been 42 days since removal, and I had septal cartilage binding done. I thought that as soon as it was removed, it would immediately become low and wide again like my original low nasal tip, but it’s still the same as my nose after the first surgery. It’s high and slim. Is this normal? It has been 1 month and 10 days, and since there’s no change, I’m anxious. Please help me with when it will get lower and wider, or whether I’m abnormal ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
