Septal cartilage was used, and I also had cartilage tying. My nasal tip was low and my nose was wide, but after surgery the tip became slim, and it didn’t suit me So I had it removed, and it’s been about 42 days since removal But it’s still high and slim like the nose after my first surgery. Will it get lower and wider?? They didn’t even do any manipulation, so is it normal that it didn’t get lower immediately after removal?? How long does it take to return to my own nose? I really haven’t slept for weeks, and even after looking it up, there’s no information. I’m frustrated and hoping for help...
