Similar posts like this have been uploaded before, but most of them are private comments so I can’t see them, so I’m posting. It’s been a little over two months since I had rhinitis surgery for a deviated septum together with osteotomy and nasal-tip surgery. I don’t have silicone or any other artificial implant. Septal cartilage was used in the columellar strut at the nasal tip and to raise the nasal tip. I think the doctor told me several times that after 6 months to 1 year, it would move left and right and I’d be able to make a pig nose too, but right now I’m still in the recovery period so it’s firm, and looking through other posts here, with septal cartilage, the nasal tip…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
