Is there a possibility of developing a saddle nose or perforation? I really feel like I'm going crazy I had surgery for deviated nasal septum, nasal valve, septal nasal tip, crooked-nose osteotomy, and rhinitis surgery, probably the inferior turbinate, and I regret it like crazy I feel like my septum must have become extremely weakened, and I really want to die If this much septal tissue was harvested, assuming there is no direct trauma to the nose later on, could a perforation or saddle nose occur even decades later?
