<Nose after removal> All implants removed, crushed septal cartilage placed on the depressed area of the nasal tip, uneven parts of the nasal bridge smoothed out
<Reason for removal> Nasal-tip implant showing through, skin worsened for 4-5 years after surgery, soft flesh like scar tissue protruding inside the right side of the columella, anxiety, etc.
Today is day 6 after removal, so I had the splint and external stitches removed. I wasn't going to leave a review after removal, but I received a lot of help and remember getting a lot of psychological support, so I'm leaving a photo review.
My skin is oily, so when I took off the splint and looked, a lot of pimples had come up ㅠㅠ The nurse cleaned them up and wiped everything down, and it felt refreshing. The director also briefly checked on me. He touched along my nasal bridge, and I thought I was going to die from the pain ;;; He said the surgery went well, so for now I'm relieved. There is still a slight bruise on the nasal tip and it's very swollen, so I think it's too early to judge the shape. Still, my original nose had a hump and was droopy, so I do think it's better than my original nose.
I didn't take walks, didn't drink things like pumpkin juice, and stopped compresses on day 3 because I got lazy, but the swelling and bruising are less than when I had my first surgery. Recovery hasn't been too difficult. Next week, after the internal stitches and taping are all removed, I'll leave one final photo review. I want to graduate from this community soon ~~
