I had osteotomy on both sides, and after early nasal removal surgery, from after taking off the taping, the area I circled has been throbbing. That area acts like an eye twitch, and it’s not just occasional, it’s almost all day long. Is this normal after osteotomy? Also, compared to the right side, the left side feels more sunken inㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
