I had my columella and nasal tip built up with septal cartilage. Has anyone had removal done at ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅅㅇ, ㅍㄹㅁ, or ㄴㅅㄹ? Please share reviews. It doesn’t necessarily have to be septal cartilage removal, just anyone who has had removal.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
