The swelling on my nasal bridge right now is probably inflammation or a foreign-body reaction, right?ㅠㅜ 3 months ago, I used septal cartilage to raise the nasal tip, and 2-3 mm of silicone was inserted into the nasal bridge. If I remove the silicone, will the nasal bridge get much lower and make the nasal tip look too unnaturally high?ㅠㅠ Would it be better to remove the septal cartilage too, or does it seem better to remove only the silicone?ㅜ
