The clinic said we could leave the septal support graft in place while lowering it a little or adjusting the length. What do you think? I'm planning to remove the ear cartilage placed on top of it. I want to remove it because of cartilage show-through and the foreign-body sensation in that area, so if there is no show-through issue, I want to follow the director's recommendation ㅠㅠ If anyone kept it, please share your review ㅜㅜ
