Are there people who, like me, had surgery using only their own tissue without implants and then had it removed? I had septal extension and ear cartilage used, but I feel psychologically anxious, I really miss my old soft, pliable nose, and after surgery my nostrils show more, so I’m under a lot of stress. That’s why I want to remove it and at least make it similar to my old nose, but the more reviews I read, the more conflicted I get Especially for septal extension, there aren’t many reviews, and there are many negative things said about removing it, so are people who had septal extension removed doing well? This is so hard
