I'm 2 weeks post-op from rhinoplasty. I used MegaDerm and ear cartilage. My upper teeth were slightly protrusive, so I'm in my first year of extraction orthodontic treatment, and as my teeth moved in, my protrusive mouth naturally improved a little, so I felt like I had become prettier in a subtle way. But after rhinoplasty, I don't know if the upper part of my philtrum is swollen, or if it was made to protrude while the muscles were dissected to adjust the nasolabial angle, but my philtrum is protruding again, so it looks like all the effect from orthodontic treatment has disappeared.
