I had 4 mm silicone, lateral osteotomy, hump shaving, and ear cartilage on the nasal tip. Since I had osteotomy and the hump shaved too, if I have everything removed, will my nose spread out or look very strange? ㅠㅠㅠ It's been 6 years since my nose surgery, and I feel a foreign-body sensation, so I want to remove it, but I'm also thinking about revision surgery because I'm worried my nose will look strange.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
