I had surgery with autologous cartilage, but after just 2 weeks, inflammation developed and pus built up. They opened it once, cleaned out the pus, and closed it, but pus kept accumulating and the inflammatory reaction was severe (infection), so they opened it again a second time and removed all the cartilage.. Right now I have a splint on.. and I'm wondering if I need to have nose surgery again

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
